Series

This work serves as an initial introduction to the use of numbers and patterns within the Bones series. Inspired by the numerical labeling used in historical museums to link specimens to their corresponding stories, I was drawn to the power of composition, form, and the concept of ‘indication.’

In this piece, I attempted to direct focus toward the numbers by simplifying—or rather, conceptualizing—the actual exhibits, creating a stark juxtaposition between the fluid forms and the solid, defined numerals.
