3 Studies on an imaginary bike- blue

One out of the 3 paintings of an imaginary motorcycle, no references are used. What initiated the series is simply the drive to paint an image visually powerful based on an impression of something with matching aesthetic and power too. I decided to paint the bike fully in blue, which isn’t what most of them look like, the contrast, and the confusion of reality is what made this image into an artwork which could have been understood as a ‘depiction’ or a picture of a lifeless machinery if portrayed differently.
